Shipping policy

We offer USPS and UPS shipping. When selecting your Shipping Method during checkout, we have a Free Shipping option once your order total reaches $60 or more. We ship USPS most of the time, but we ship UPS on larger shipments. Free Shipping is only available to the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Unless you need your order in 1-2 days, we recommend selecting the Free Shipping option.  UPS does not deliver, nor pick up packages on Saturday or Sunday so please keep this in mind when choosing UPS as your shipping option.

All of our disc orders ship in a box. We ship apparel and accessories in a small padded envelope if ordered individually, but 100% of orders with discs will ship in a box.

Our mail is picked up at 3PM EST Monday through Friday. We do our very best to get all orders out the same day. However, some days are busier than others so we cannot guarantee your order will ship on the same day. If an order does not ship the same day, it usually ships within 24-48 hours. 

If using PayPal as your payment method, your shipping address must be listed in your PayPal records or it will automatically revert to the address listed in PayPal. Shipping to an address not listed in your PayPal account is a violation of their policies.

International Shipping

We ship packages to most countries. Shipping rates and fees will apply at checkout. Shipping rates calculated on our website can be complex and challenging for our system to figure. If the shipping quote seems higher than it should be on the website, please reach out to sales@atlanticdiscs.com with the items you are looking to purchase to receive a shipping quote. We will refund you any difference between the paid shipping price and the actual shipping price. For example, if you pay $45 for shipping and your actual shipping charge was $35, we will refund you $10.

We want to ensure our international customers understand shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties from Customs, which are not calculated into your shipping costs from Atlantic Discs. The total listed at checkout is the final cost collected by Atlantic Discs. You may also be charged additional fees by Customs once the package enters your country.

In most cases, orders shipping internationally will be delivered within 14-20 business days. Tracking updates can take 2-5 business days to become active.
